Blooming where we are planted – Meet owners Bruce & Patria Pardue

“Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Owner Bruce Pardue embodies this philosophy at Little Country Greenhouse. Beyond meeting traditional gardening needs, Bruce has also delved into agritourism, providing free, family-friendly activities every day of the year except Christmas.

Bruce is dedicated to making every visit to Little Country Greenhouse both educational and inspiring. The venue features a nursery and general store where customers can find plants, expertly crafted floral arrangements, fresh produce, gifts, and treats such as coffee and ice cream.

Bruce Pardue

After studying Horticulture/Business at University of Southwestern Louisiana, Bruce moved to New Boston in 1987. He started Little Country Greenhouse in 1990, and has loved plants for as long as he can remember. Favorite things are quiet evenings at home, classic country music, and laughing with good friends.

Patria Pardue

A graduate of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, Patria moved to New Boston in 2016.  She loves every part of Little Country Greenhouse and looks at each day as a new adventure. Favorite things are gardening, her dogs, reading, and family.
